U.S. Bankruptcy Court Filings

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court requires more information and documentation. You are required to go to certified credit counseling prior to your filing. You need a list of all your assets and liabilities including each account, address and account number. You should bring the last three years’ tax returns, most recent salary stub, four months of bank statements and evidence of insurance to your first meeting. The more information you provide us at your first meeting the quicker we can file your petition.
